Managing clients have never been easier with VillageMaster. This module keeps you up-to-date with the latest contact profile, correspondence, reminders and list of property inspections detail so that reporting is always at your finger tips.
You can manage your clients using the standard desktop app or when on the go, use the mobile app available on most mobile platforms.
All client details and activities will propagate through to residents should they become village residents one day. Correspondence history will continue to accumulate for as long as clients engage with the village.
Clients participation in activities such as inhouse or outdoor events are easily tracked trough booking and attendance. See events module for more detail.
This module also tracks client deposit or reservation on ILU, produce contract through document template, store scan documents to keep digital copies of signatures and you can manage a mass mailout without leaving the app.
