Maintenance

This module tracks repair history of ILU or work area within a village. Staff and residents are able to lodge maintenance request through their mobile phone and a maintenance worker receives and processes that request seamlessly using mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad.

Maintenance module harnesses its integration with Resident module to effectively manage repair workflow from request by resident, approve by staff, process by maintenance worker, accepted by resident and approve by the village, all through electronic media. Furthermore, each request can be associated with external document attachments such as photographic evidence taken using mobile phone or scanned document.
