Survey module provides a powerful way of obtaining a feedback from customers. VillageMaster offers a survey mechanism for customers to directly fill in using a web browser, or a staff member using a iPad.

The survey mechanism is very flexible when used internally as alternative to forms. In this instance, it replaces inhouse forms such as client assessment form, care plan, privacy statement and the like. Forms can accept user signatures when entered through a touch devices like iPad.

Each form is archivable whenever changed. This way, a complete record by a client and assessor including signatures is always recorded for future use.
