Event / Activity

You can manage events and activities easily with VillageMaster Event module. Residents and clients can participate in an event organised by staff member by purchasing a ticket or registering an interest of participation. Event registration and subsequent attendance is (optionally) scanned using a barcode scanner to confirm entry.

There are extensive reporting facilities associated with client/ resident event attendance, including financial reporting and mail alerts for those residents not attending any events at all in any particular date range.
